I use special short grain rice from Japan for when I make Sushi or other Japanese food. When I make Indian dishes, I use Basmati rice, which smells good, too. If I am making something American, I just use Jasmine rice from Thailand. I'm not picky on the brands, but it has to come from overseas, no American rice allowed in my house, and I would never eat minute rice anywhere! LOL |
