| Posted By: adam Posted On: Aug 4, 2005 Views: 467 | RE: Worst Band! it was a black woman...we were in drive thru we were watching the armored truck at the ATM and my brother said there is a guy that sits in the back of those things with a shotgun and he shoots anyone trying to steal it....so i was like sweet, i wanna be that guy, then i could legally shoot niggers...usually we laugh when that is said, he didnt laugh tho, only reversed a little and told me to look at the window, i was like oh....now everytime i see a black person (more than half the people are black) it makes me paranoid...like she had a button on the counter that alerted all of North Ave and there all hunting me down well admitting your a dealer on here isnt nailing your own coffin...a cop isnt going to be surfing this site and see that superfly is a dealer and put a warrant out for superfly...i dont think it is even allowed for them to get the IP out of todd, and if they could they wouldnt want to cos it could be just some kid trying to be cool i never sold weed, i sure as hell bought alot of it in my day |

Apparently (according to my brother... which means its probably not true) part of the Patriot Act gives the government the power to subpoena anyone who owns a web page to get ALL OF THEIR INFORMATION. All of their information? Yes. All of it. IP's of people who come there, emails in and out, you name it (I don't really know how that crap works). But the reason my (ACLU card carrying) brother mentioned that is because another part of the thing says that you can't discuss it with anyone. Taking it to a lawyer is illegal... apparently... so if that is at all correct, technically yes they could get that info from tOdd. But then again, things posted on an online forum (Especially this particular one) aren't known for being true, nor was there an avadavat anywhere stating that any/all/most/some of what we're saying is true, so as soon as you said "I was just making crap up," they wouldn't have much leverage... though they could always just shoot you right there on the spot and then say you weren't cooperating... but ya never know. When I used to work at the Bagel Cafe I used to steal food constantly. And I don't mean like "I'm hungry, I'm going to eat this!" I mean like "The restaurant is close, I'm the only one still here because I still have to mop the floor... and I have a cardboard box in my car... I'm going to go load it up with five tables work of tomorrows brunch, not eat most of it, and then throw the rest away just to spite them!" Is that true? Maybe. Maybe not. Doesn't matter either way, because the FBI has better things to do than to have agents reading our conversations to make sure we're not plotting against them! |

I totally believe that plenty members of the judicial system and govt are going to abuse the hell out of that power against the people. As for the aclu, they aren't much better IMO. If the aclu had their way, we'd be living in another bloody UK with so much GD policitcal correctness that I want to stab my eyes out. Regardless of any laws, if the man wants to crawl up our holes, he's gonna do it. I don't think this site is in danger of legal issues but it never hurts to cya. Like I could totalllllly see RIAA taking info from sites like this and taking the next step to figure out how to screw people. |

The RIAA figured out they weren't going to stop it, so what did they decide to do? Hurt everyone downloading illegal songs. Makes perfect sense to me. |

The music industry has been sooo lucky. Like in my lifetime I have bought 8-tracks, vinyl, cassette tapes, cd's and now digital files. I definitely have bought some of the music more than once and some more than twice because of the medium changes. They interpret their numbers as though sales are down because of stealing but I think they've wayyyyy overestimated that crap. They're arseholes and I wish everyone would take some time and buy indy music only just to let them know why they suck so bad. (forget about the fact that pop music is sucking more and more with less talent) |
