He takes no action and no leadership at all. After 9-11 Rudy stepped up to the plate immediately and started to get things done where as the Mayor in New Orleans sits back and waits for someone else to do his job. |

He ordered an evacuation but gave those who had no means to evacuate nothing. He could order city busses to help evacuate free of charge or get school busses picking up people to transport instead of just saying "everyone out. well, my job is done now so ill sit back until the storm is done then bitch out the government" Granted, there was plenty of blame to go around, FEMAs head took little action and very much too late, the governer didn't want to take the required action to get the aid that was being set up. |
