I must state here – to put the record straight – that am not a PDP member but an APGA sympathiser. In Lagos, all the streets are covered with posters of Fashola. The ratio of Fashola media campaign to that of his nearest rival (PDP) is about 9 to 1 ratio. When did Fashola became a Billionaire? I do agree that Fashola is intelligent and articulate but we must consider his budget and power of incumbency. I pay water rate in Lagos but the taps are always dry. When the tap runs, it is water that is rusty that can only be used in flushing waste. I am talking of the main Ikeja Business District. He (Fashola) claimed recently that he gave us transformer (and not from PHCON) but our electricity has got worst and not for the better. We now get 110V instead of 220V and you cannot get cold drink from the fridge without running a generator. I paid Lagos State government over two years ago for the renewal of my driving license and nothing has happened (except Cover Note that expired DEAD ON ARRIVAL). A book can be written on the various challenges associated with living in Lagos but Lagos media controlled by ACN would not comment. In a recent phone in on TVC, a caller complained about bias in favour of ACN; the respected Yori Folarin could only say “we take your complains onboard” To conclude, T.A Orji’s problem is his initial association with OUK. OUK is now an expired politician who could not (even) win in his Senatorial Zone. |

In Yoruba terminolgy those terms are known as civilization and sophistication. To me as a minority man real sophistication is the sight of an Ibo man voting and supporting all the way for Jonathan a Niger Delta man despite the wrangling between the two groups. Sophistication is the sight of an Ibo man not presenting a presidential candidate in deference to Jonathan to show Ibo support for Jonathan. So the naive Ndigbos should learn to be treacherous and how to betray and also how to backstab and play wayo. when you do these things complimented with a noisy media, yoiu will be recognized as sophisticated.
