Posted By: Stupid Behemoth Posted On: Oct 9, 2004 Views: 3324	Zeromus ive completed 4 5 6 7 8 9 & 10 and it seems each gets easier and easier Zeromus has been the most challenging so far but i found a stratagy to be him easy, ex-death was fairly hard but i just kept using GP toss, kefka was a peice of ****, sethroth was kinda hard at the time cause i was still kinda new to the series, Ultimecia was kinda fun beating her with lionheart but to long and easy, necron was pretty much a random battle and by the time i got to yu-yevon i was increasing my stats to beat dark anima so he was down pretty quick. personally i like the bonus bosses like the weapons and dark summons, they take real strategy

Zeromus isn't even worth the effort of fighting. like, exdeath beats him waaaaay better! oh, and please, don't nobody vote for garland/chaos or emperor, the worst bosses ever. and dark cloud too, i'm not afraid of the Flare Wave. sephiroth sucks, too. i didn't even lay up a strategy against him. imagine exdeath vs. zeromus. it's a fun thought.
Posted By: Unknown Posted On: May 1, 2004 Views: 1584	Ex-Death, Zeromus was nothing Ex-Death was a challenge. I have not played FF5 in quite a while, but I remember dying to him on several occasions. Zeromus I never lost to. I can beat him by just attacking him and Cain jumping every now and then, Rosa heals and uses holy, while The summoning chick uses Meteo, the whole Time I throw an arsenal of weaponry at him with Edge. Zeromus rarely kills a character.

So overall IMHO... Xdeath>Zeromus>Ultimecia>Necron>Kefka>BFA (FFX's 'last' boss because Y2 is a story battle like the last Sephiroth, so it dosen't count)>Chaos>Sephiroth (Has never played FFj2 or 3) Why Seph? Because I've lost to every single one of these at least once, EXCEPT for Safer/Bizarro Seph. I swear, even if I'm totally unprepared for Super Nova, it dosen't ever kill me. Only thing he's killed a Party member with on my game is Shadow Flare. Easy cake. (Pie was used already.) Kthxbye.

This is partly because Yu Yevon has the power of an eight year old girl, he can't even kill you!! Only one of his pieces can cast Grand Cross, the piece being the strange red unicorn thing on top of him. If you can take that out with a targeted beating(Fuumas work well). It should be pointed out that one of the pieces(don't know which one sadly)is vulnerable to Odin and the skeleton(furthest target to the left)can be pummeled by condemn. Naturally you can use the super cheesy Blessed Kiss to skip Neo Ex-Death altogether...

This is why I rarely post at message boards anymore.. people like you simply do not read my posts fully, and thus ignore the points I make. I said the Emperor is hard when you DON'T use Blood Swords. And getting to him is a nightmare; have you ever attempted it without Quick Save or Save states? There's one encounter in Pandaemonium that usually means certain death, as the enemies do upwards to 4000 damage each, drain HP, attack in groups of 4, and are known to attack first.

My party is all at LVL 50+ and all have 3000+ HP. Check this out: Neo XDeath- Meteor. Cara and Bartz die (4000+ each) Faris- Phoenix, revive Cara NXD- Grand Cross. Faris dies. Cara is paralyzed. Lenna sleeps. Me: ****! NXD- Almagust. All survive (except Bartz) NXD- Dispel, Fire 3, then Meteor again. All PC=dead. Me=Pwned If you're unlucky, Grand Cross will screw you over no matter what. :(

And another thing, even though FFVII was the greatest of all the Final Fantasy games, Sephiroth had to be the easiest-although coolest-boss. Except mabye Chaos from the first FF.
