RE: Make your opinion known about...

By the way, I can't believe that you would actually post this kind of bad news on a message board instead of telling me in person. It's very hard for me to react to something like that here.

RE: Make your opinion known about...

Main Entry: chef
Pronunciation: 'shef
Function: noun
Etymology: French, short for chef de cuisine head of the kitchen
1 : a skilled cook who manages the kitchen (as of a restaurant)
2 : COOK
- chef intransitive verb
- chef·dom /-d&m/ noun

I am a chef, you don't have to have any papers to claim it. I'll never have "CMPC Meadows" on my jacket, unless I come into some money. I could take some other certification, but I don't have the money to take it. I cook at home for small functions and people at work. I do make some money at it, and all of that is being put into the bank, along with my leftover sallery from starbucks, that is why I'm still in WV, I can put a good deal back in the back to get my certification and my place open.

I can taste fine, when you loose one scence the others pick up the tab. My taste is kinda like having a bad cold, I've learned to adjust for it.

I painfully give you word usage points.

It seemed to fit the bill, and the picture was shorter to look at then if I'd typed it. Are you saying I should type more? thanks......

RE: Make your opinion known about...

39) He quotes dictionary definitions as a lame attempt to prove his inaccuracies correct. Regardless of what the dictionary says, in common usage people that cook are called cooks and people that are properly trained in the culinary arts are given the title of chef. By your definition, the guy making runny eggs at Denny's is also a chef. I doubt he will be winning the Bocuse D’Or.

40) Says he is saving money to move to Ireland, then says he is saving money to become a real chef and open a restaurant. Then he says he is saving his money to retire early. Then he says he doesn't have any money to go to the doctor for his 6-hour nosebleed. Then he says he doesn't have money for an $11 dollar battery for his camera.

"I can put a good deal back in the back " - if you are 300+ pounds, you should be removing things from your back.

41) Posts links to obscure websites that nobody cares about or will ever visit.

42) He constantly contradicts his lies. He said that he had no sense of smell due to his cancer. An impaired sense of smell makes it impossible to cook anything more complicated than mac & cheese or roadkill. Medical research has shown that people with impaired sense of smell are at a high risk of eating spoiled food and are unable to detect gas leaks and fires. Does this sound like someone that should be working in a kitchen? He said he is a chocolate freak but if anyone who has had a bad cold knows, chocolate and most other foods don't taste all that great. The human brain does not have any way to compensate for a loss of smell. Saying it does is as plausible as saying when you lose your eyesight, you can start seeing out of your ear lobes.

Yeah, that was an excellent idea. Dragonmaster is like a window that fixes itself everytime you throw a rock through it so you can break it again. Fun.

Of course that last DM isn't me.

I've only been broken once, and it was long before I found this place. I just keep coming here for my own comedic releaf. My friends at work love to see how you people find something and turn it completly around out of context.

45) He repeatedly tries to convince people he has friends and that they all come here.

46) Whenever he gets busted for saying something stupid, he blames the post on imposters.

47) Confusing Synonym and Cinnamon has to be the biggest spelling screw-up ever.

RE: Make your opinion known about...

People that really do have friends don't feel compelled to talk about them all the time as if trying to prove something.

Seth -

What do you want for dinner, "tacos" or "hotdogs"? I need to know if we are inviting Rosie and Ellen over, or Elton and George.

Also, could you go by Blockbuster and pick up Cellular. I hear it is really good.

I think we are almost out of toothpaste, so if you don't mind, get some from Target. I like that vanilla mint kind. Oh, and get 5 cans of whipped cream. LOL!

Bob Dole - you are invited over for dinner! (Why else would we need 5 cans of whipped cream?)
