The implementation is done under the supervision of ministers/ cabinet that is politicions only. The policy is not left to burocracts. Regarding the poll verdict, there was no meaningful debate in the election. Though one party suggested about the de-centralisation and people cambine, the focus was shifted to stupid issues like emergency that was over about 30 years back rajan case and police excise Azhikodan muder and all So as long as we are looking at the peripheral issues and not bothered about the crust of issues, things will not change. To conclude, if you want to make any good decision, let the press and channels not bother you |

Is the govt to be balamed? the burocracy or the elected representatives? |

But who ever it is I think the moment they have power the masses become their enemy So what the hell who rule its us who will suffer. And personally i am not so hot about putting LDF on power its not bocs i support UDF but bcos of their new agenda to bring politics to it field. I personally earm my living in the field and can' bear he thought of bringing politics into our field. |
