I think even if you go KIA, you still will come in over $10,000. You can come close with a Dodge Neon at the end of the year, but in my opinion, Dodge's suck ass, big time. I have seen a Honda Civic VP stick-shift coupe advertised for $13,006 at more than one dealership. The Scion xA starts out at $13,000, and Corollas start out at about $14,000 and the CE model has a $750 rebate. Honda doesn't do rebates. Dodge has huge rebates, because everybody knows that they suck. You can get a new Focus for probably 12 something. I have seen decent deals on used Nissan Sentras. Some dealers are pretty freakin' proud of their Civics. Some of the used ones are really high for a used car. Dr. Phil - So you like young college chicks? Your wife doesn't mind this extra-curricular activity, or does she enjoy cruising chicks with you? So tell us more about your stereo...does it have cool lights and stuff? |

That yellow modified one looks crazy. Obviously Hondas and maybe Toyotas are gonna hold their value better but if they are too pricey then there's no point even going there (unless you want to go used). The only other thing to consider is the Insurance because the cheaper cars are usually more expensive to repair/insure too. And you dont need to go to College to pick up, you already do pretty well at Wal-Mart dont you? |

It only runs about 4k more than a comparably equipped Cavalier. Hondas are better to buy new because you can resell them for most of the value, in many cases they keep 2-3x the % value of Chevys. It will cost you almost as much for a good used as a new. But biggest thing is just looking at the insurance. As far as maintenance goes you can usually either get a decent warranty of find cheap repair shops. |

It is waqgon, but it looks cool, kind of in a Audi kind of way! The guy selling it to me is buying a new Audi hatchback. We both like BMW cars and he originally bought this car because of the suspension and stuff is very sporty. |
