RE: cuppajane

I'd rather have a nice city apartment than a huge castle out in the countryside... what can you do there... fly model airplanes?

RE: cuppajane

lol Mr Wizard...

That house on Lowry street is in the very very old part of town, near downtown, and I wouldn't be surprised if that little house is near 100 years old! That house is actually very close to my office! LOL

My office is very cool though, in an older building that has been remodeled and looks very professional, but the new offices in Tulsa, are going to be super nice! They are in a new medical complex in the English cottage style.

lol...that trailer looked like it comes with some nice flat pancake land to go with it.

Well beggars can't be choosers. I gotta take what I can get on my Wizard salary. I think anything you buy here in Oklahoma is going to either be pancakeland or else in the hilly areas that are filled with Sasquatch. One place I looked at was advertized as 'waterfront' but if you can believe it, it was just some shack on a drainage ditch.

BTW, you added the period the first time, as well, now if we had a GOOD message board, you could go back and edit that shit! ;)

RE: cuppajane

lol that little house for 37k...it looks like a little dollhouse lol

my apartment was advertised as "a beautiful lakeside apartment" and the only way you see the "lake" is if u go around the garages (where the dogs shit) and its just a little pond with fallen/broken trees and it looks like thats where our sewer goes. There are ducks that walk around the building though which is kinda cool. I go outside to smoke and they walk right by me like im not there.

If you go to northern Wi, and someone says that you can freeze a chipmunk by putting salt on its tail...ill tell you right now its a lie. LOL

RE: cuppajane

Hey, Napoleon Dynamite just called me on my cell phone! It said Withheld as the number...

He asked me to bring him some chapstick...he mentioned something about talons...he mentioned something about skills...and I think he asked me to a dance...I could hear some giggling in the background that sounded very much like my daughter...

Did I mention that my daughter is spending the night at a friend's house tonight?

RE: cuppajane

I thought I told this before but I couldn't afford to go for the full wizard degree at a good school. OU and Washington State have great wizard programs if you can afford them. I ended up getting a junior wizard associates degree at Redlands Community College (go cougars!). I haven't earned my Staff of Power so I can't do any good spells yet. Mostly stupid little spells that are only good enough to make a few bucks at birthday parties.

RE: cuppajane

OU sucks. I didn't know they had a Wizard department.

They did have to change the name of a building because they found out the dude that it was named after, was really big into the KKK! OU does have a great medical program and psychology department, as much as I hate to admit that...

Mr Wizard - could you turn a sweet little innocent bug into a monster and scare little kids or forty-one year-old women? I bet you could do that...

RE: cuppajane

No, those kind of 'wizards' give us a bad name.

OU has a good wizard program but it was beyond my budget and my high school wizardry was not good enough for a scholarship. RCC was pretty good but there isn't much you can do with a 2 year degree. Hopefully one dya I can continue my studies.

Sorry, I can't do any kind of magic like that. Bugs into monsters is a 6 year degree and another 4 as an intern. One time before I knew better, I did try to turn a fly into a bird but all I got was a fly with 3 pair of wings where its legs were, its head coming out its back, and it had a second ass where the head normally was. At best I could maybe show you a picture of a bug really close. They kind of look scary but that really isn't the same thing is it? As a wizard, that would be kind of embarrassing to resort to that anyhow.
