However, if you recall towards the end of Goblet of Fire, young Barty Crouch confesses under the influence of veritaserum that he (in the guise of Professor Moody) stunned Victor and carried off his father (Mr. Crouch). So Snape had nothing to do with it. Just a friendly correction. : ) Snape may look like hell on toast because he's pale, greasy and bitter but these features do not necessarily make one a vampire. It just means that he doen't sun himself, dosen't bathe frequently and holds on to resentment. I just listened to Book 5 for the 4th time. (I'v e read it once). I am a medical illustrator, so I am able to listen to the books on CD while rendering. Luck me! Now I can't wait for Book 6... Well, patience is a virtue. Happiness to all... - E |

Never before in such a situation have I seen WORSE spelling, incorrect grammar, etc. I have just arrived home from a long drive from Idaho, where there was TONS of traffic, very horrid if you ask me. About the "Snape being half vampire" I don't know, it seems REALLY farfectched (and anyway, why half? why not whole?) don't you think Dumbledore would know ? See iv'e only been a Harry Potter fan for 2 years now. But iv'e grown to love it so much i know just as much as n e 1 else. And even more than my 5 year fan, friends. N e way, it is possible. He has the waxy white skin and greaey black hair. Sounds like it to me. And in chapter The Dream on page 566 in the Goblet of Fire it reads: Maybe-hang on- how fast do you reckon he could've beaten you and Dumbledore there?" (Ron is talking about Snape) "Not unless he can turn himself into a bat or something." said Harry. "Wouldn't put it past him." Ron muttered. Could J.K have been hinting at Snape being Half Vampire? Or have all us Harry Potter fans that are playing detectives and trying to put together clues miss understanding something little and making a big dael about it? Keep that in mind when you find little things you think may be clues in the book that may turn out to be nothing more than text that means nothing at all. |

Except for one whose name starts with E. She is right on target as far as Sirius' return is concerned. I had a conversation the other day with my new sister-in-law "JK" and she explained to me that Harry will get angered badly in book 6 and there will be a death that will cause many suffering readers to cry rivers, if not oceans, of tears. That is all I can say right now... otherwise the plot will be given away. :-( By the way, have a nice day. | Posted By: Mohsen Erfanzadeh Posted On: Sep 9, 2003 Views: 1815 | Sirius !! come back please First I am so sorry because this occurrance that Sirius died and i really wish him not to die or even come back as a ghost or phantom but in my view Ms Rowling had to kill one of the charactrers who were really close to Harry an order to encourage him to study more and more cuz if Harry wants to kill Voldemort, who has to do it if he doesnt want to die himself and let the wizzarding world alone with Dark Arts after Dumbledure's death,shoulb be as strong as Dumbledure and know everything about magic. Thats why i think Sirius,who IS one of my favourite characters,(i emphesise on IS cuz i cant still believe his death and his spirit may come back and help Harry alot )and i also Hope that it was a political idea of Dumbledure to check Harry if he could tell him the truth or not and he succeeded cuz ha showed that he can really believe love ,which is ihs only current power against Lord Voldemort ,and Dumbledure didnt mention anything about his death . Anyway i hope him to come back cuz Harry needs him terribbly come back and maybe the researchers job about ghosts be successful .I think that telling that Sirius was died have been an urgent for Harry to be more powerfull. Wishing that Sirius come back cuz i couldnt sleep the night i finished this book. |

JK never puts things in the book if they dont have a "meaning" of some sort. I think Mark Evans is related to Harry. But I have no idea how... Unknown half brother or something? |
