AMNESTY BILL FOR TREASURY LOOTERS?

The Nigerian National Assembly is proposing a bill for treasury looters to return a part of their looted funds and be let free. This is the dumbest bill that will ever be proposed by any reasonable law making body in the whole wide world. It shows the low mentality of these set of persons. It shows that they do not have regards for the sensitivity of Nigerians and want to take them for a ride.
It beats me hollow to think people can be so shameless and are happy when their fellow citizens are helpless in want of a better life provided abundantly by God in Nigeria. These wicked people have created a class for themselves by giving themselves what belongs to all.
You find that they had a very poor background and have refused others to get the bare necessities of life.
They well not be able to handle the consequences of the outcome of this bill trust me. The country will be shutdown and they will be chased out of the National Assembly.
A word is sufficient for the wise as many are committing suicide which Africans are not known for due to hardship.

THE FAILURE OF EDUCATION IN NIGERIA

The policy makers in the Nigerian educational sector have woefully failed the country since the inception of independence with out of date policies.
Can you imagine the bottlenecks they have placed such as demanding five Credits including Mathematics and English before you can gain admission into a higher institution? Not only that but demanding it from an out of date West African Examination Council that does not want to know whether the student was taught adequately taught by teachers to pass such an examination even when they are talented. Many write these examination a couple of times and fail and their life ambition is destroyed. I tell you that such a student if given an opportunity to travel out to a Western country does excellently over there. The Chibok rescued girls went to the US and are now well educated. They would have ended as hawkers in the village.
The recent Joint Admission Matriculation examination many students from the South who must score 180 out of 200 and have attempted the examination for over five times in five years are arrested for " fraud"? There was a senior Catholic priest who during a talk told us that when children come for Sacramental Confession and say they stole meat from their mum's pot of soup. He tells them to steal more because their mum never gave them enough. Meat is meant for growing children but not for adults and it kills adults. Depriving them of their right in the home is not fair.
Coming to higher institutions admission into Nigerian higher institutions there is shortage of affordable ones. Many of the students have sat for the examination for years without success due to high cut off marks in the Southern parts of Nigeria while the Northern parts have a ridiculous low cut off marks hence the examination fraud in the South while it is absent in the North.
In UK you cannot find such malpractices due to adequate supply of Higher educational Institutions and well equipped Vocational Institutions and no bottlenecks placed on admission.
When I was admitted to read Engineering there were those that were admitted who wanted to read Engineering and were not having Science background. They were having the passion for the course and to my surprise did well. In Nigeria they would never have never achieve their passion in life.
Examination malpractices crop up if educational policies are crap and faulty.
Can you imagine a student who never attended lectures coming to write an examination and nobody cares? A student must attend lectures seventy five percent before he or she is allowed to write an examination. Government Universities are the culprits as lecturers do not personally know their students

THE ARRAIGNMENT OF WHISTLE BLOWERS IN NIGERIA

It is very sad that whatever means introduced by the Nigerian Government to fight looting of the country's treasury are truncated by shameless corrupt elites who are deeply involved. The idea of giving five percent of the loot to a whistle blower is being condemned that those that blow the whistle are not doing it out of patriotism but for culimininary gains. But many have blown and rejected the five percent and why must it be their headache if they ask for the five percent?
The ant-corruption and economic crimes agency arraigned two men for blowing the whistle on a man in the Northern part of Nigeria and they said they found the whistle blown to be false and took them to court charged them for giving false information. Firstly the men sent there could have been compromised. If you have ever seen them carrying out an assignment you will see that they are not properly trained and exhibit unprofessionality in carrying out their duties. They exhibit the highest unprofessional behavior.Their job should be handled by well trained men who will not be bought over.
This action of this commission of breaking the rules of data protection is a grave crime all over the world. Taking them to court putting them in prison custody and flashing their pictures in newspapers is unfair and will scare other whistle blowers and how can this action help to curb economic crimes in Nigeria?
Do they even know anything about data protection?.

RACISM PROTEST BY SULLEY MUNTARI

I was disappointed with what I saw on the football pitch when the victim of racial abuse was sent off the football field after being shown a red card by the referee who was not able to calm down Muntari by calling off the match.
This is what most blacks daily face in the hands of uninformed racists. I think degrees should be trained on how to handle such issues as his behaviour was too official and strict. Who else will a player report such an incidence to in the pitch if not the refree who is supposed to be compassionate instead of applying the rule of the game on a player who is upset.
The about ten abusive fans could be identified and what sanctions were metted to them? They will continue to carry out such behavior.
Baloteli complained about racial abuse in Italy and nobody seems to act. I have faced such abuses severally and I knew what this young man felt during his agony.
The Italian FA and other European FAs must do something about it and not just carrying banners into the field to say "NO TO RACISM IN FOOTBALL".

THE ALLEGATIONS THAT RUSSIA INFLUENCED US POLLS

This allegation is amusing. How can Americans say Russians working for President Donald trump in the Trump Towers in New York were hidden inside the towers to perpetrate such a heinous crime and were not detected? Please us evidence or another story as the security in America will easily detect detect this serious crime. But if it were possible then some people should be made to answer questions.
The special assistant to President of Nigeria on diaspora affairs Abike recenly advised Nigerians to suspend their visits to the US and the US government was not happy with the advice. But the US government have been for years issuing travel bans on Nigeria for years and this have had adverse economic hardship on Nigeria. Just a single travel ban from Nigeria has upset the US.The harassments received by Nigerians at entry points of many Western countries by overzealous entry officers is something else despite the cooperation of the Nigerian government to prevent drugs from getting into the Western world. The way and manner they behave to Nigerians is sickening. Whenever an aeroplane from Nigeria arrives Heathrow you will see the embarrassing way security persons stand at the exit point of the gangway checking and looking at each passenger. To pick on Nigerians like this in the twenty first century is a shame to civilised countries. To add insult to injury Nigerian incompetent Diplomatic Services do not see anything wrong with harassing a visitor.
Lastly the Xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in India must be taken seriously. Can you imagine our leaders who can't reason selling our companies and Banks to Indians whose labour policy is that of slavery? Look at Kenya they have taken over their economy and Kenyans are now slaves in their own country. Many of my Kenyan friends are lamenting this stupid attitude.
A whole Union Bank have been sold to them.
There is problem lurking around.

WHISTLE BLOWING IN NIGERIA

The recently suggested idea for whistle blowing is a welcomed idea.
While blowers must be protected and even though it is not true or malicious proper investigations must be done without police harassment before action is taken. If malicious a fine should be imposed with wisdom.
The National Assembly should promogate a law and should feel concerned instead of their present attitude of sitting on the fence.
Corruption should be fought by all Nigerians not by only the anti-corruption agencies.
Telephone numbers for SMS and voice call should be provided and those involved should act as professionals.

THERESA MAY BRITISH PM TO DISCUSS BIAFRA AGITATION

In 1968 or thereabout when the Nigerian, Civil war was about to commence with the information I got from my former line manager who was in the Royal Marine he said Britain wanted to come and fight for the Ibo but the operation was called off the last minute.
The then North sent an emissary to the Queen of England to help persuade the Parliament to call off the operations which she did. Those Those who took the decision are not happy with the decision they took then.
The oppression and killings going on daily in the Northern parts of Nigeria is embarrassing them. The looting and stashing away og oil money by those who supposed to protect is giving them concerns.
Now that Trump and the British Prime Minister are going to discuss the issues I do not think the North will be able to influence decisions taken by the duo.

THE REASONS WHY NIGERIA IS STILL UNDEVELOPED

There is a little difference between POWER and AUTHORITY. In Engineering Poweris the differential of of energy or change in energy. This is why engineering students are taught how to solve various differential equations.
Coming to Administration and Politics. Power and Authority have a little difference from my experience in administration.
When you ask an average Nigerian Polician the reasons why he or she is aspiring for an office which is supposed to be for the good of Nigerians. You will be amused and sad at the reasons they give. Some will say I have tasted positions in the Civil Service and got to highest point and now I want the office of a President. Some will tell you they have suffered in life and want to now enjoy with their family members. Some will tell their people that it is time for their region to rule. All of them with selfish motives which makes them to lose focus and abandon the people.
The Civil Service is filled with people recommended by past leaders and since they believe they are Policy makers and Implementors they have the Authority to implement what they believe and though a sitting President has the Power but they want to do their people own wish. This is why a sitting President is at their mercy. Even if a sitting President has his own plans and visions for the country it is what the Policy makers want that is implemented. Look at the disparity between the Bsc and HND holders which has brought nothing good to Nigeria. Up till this day Nigeria has not produced a simple internal combustion engine as the Universities who were supposed to know the truth and encourage the Polytechnics for drawings to come alive as finished products are involved in the dirty politics of discrimination.
Late Murtala Mohammed saw the rubbish in the Civil Service and sent them packing. But due to inexperience never settled them to face life outside the Civil Service by paying them and providing good accommodation and pension
Many Companies survive when a CEO notices these enemies of progress and push them out.In the Government a sitting President has no such rights. This Power and Authority issues also is found in developed countries but it is done in a more civilised way. Those having Authority and Power think more of their country and their people's common good.
There should be a reform in the Civil Service and if it is true that they have Unions then the Country will always bear the brunt of bad, arrogant, wicked and corrupt Civil Servants.

THE CHAPECOENSE FOOTBALL TEAM AIR CRASH

From unconfirmed reports the crash was caused by lack of fuel. If this is true, then this is a high degree of incompetency. The ground staff must face a disciplinary hearing. The aviation industry has advanced more than this sort of mistake involving wrong dispension of aviation fuel as this sort of error is always watched out for
This type of error occurred over thirty years ago or there about.
The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)are very strict on this type of error.

THE OUTCOME OF THE US ELECTIONS

Right from time,I knew Hillary and the Democrats will lose the US elections. The signs were there but there is a saying that "a dog that will stray will not listen to the while of its master".
Sixty five percent of American Christians polled that they were being persecuted for their belief in God and Jesus Christ and on same sex marriage and nobody cared. But God and Jesus Christ cared. The anti Christ, were all over shouting down everything connected with God. This is why a I always look at those who want to fight for God with pity. He brought down the empire of same sex marriage and atheism with just a stroke. It was just a big surprise and it stunned the whole world. The wisdom of man is foolishness to God,so the Scriptures say.
In Nigeria the some are still grieving the loss of Jonathan, but Americans have put behind the loss of Hillary except the uncivilized ones.Obama called Trump as a man that won't be able to run the American Government but today he is assisting him to become a good President for the common good of Americans. If it were to be in Nigeria the outgoing President will not want to see him eye to eye as he has looted the treasury. During Jonathan's regime l was shouting that the way Government money was being squandered during elections was bad for the economy and nobody cared. Even the then Central Bank governor complained and nothing was done to curb it. Even the then National Assembly did nothing. The Judiciary sold their birthright and compromised judgements. What a pity that those who were to act joined the looting. Jonathan who was supposed to fly like an eagle which does not hunt in the ground like other birds by virtue of his educational background started behaving like them.
I repeat once again Nigeria have not yet produced leaders such as those of Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand who despite impossibilities transformed slums into modern dwellings. Can any leader transform Kano City, Ajegunle,Makoko,Nkpogu village, Bukuru,Kakuri,Sabon Gari in Kano,Jimeta to modern Cities by temporarily relocating residents to camps and building millions of houses, standard roads, drainages and other modern infrastructures and allocating them to all Nigerians and gradually eliminate slums all over Nigeria? Even in the UK slums are still being eliminated everyday by Councils who believe slums should have no place in the UK. Infrastructures are built everyday.

INCREMENT OF WAGES IN NIGERIA

There is a proposal to increase pay in Nigeria by the Federal Government of Nigeria. I do not think this will solve the problems Nigerians in anyway as many Nigerians are not in employment and increasing wages will only benefit a few while prices or accommodation, fuel, electric bills, food and other services will only be affordable to salary earners who are very few.
Right from the sixties salaries have been increased and these increases have brought more hardships than helping to alleviate the problems of Nigerians. The "Udoji award" was the beginning of the problems of Nigeria.
Recently Unilever increased the prices of commodities supplied to the UK that the Pounds Sterling has depreciated but the patriotic TESCO Stores refused the price increase and decided not to stock Unilever's products. In Nigeria the "hawks" who are self centered conscienceless who love exploiting Nigerians Will be glad to exploit their fellow country people. There is nobody that will stand and speak up.
Instead of increasing wages the money can be channelled for the common good of all Nigerians. The Construction industries must never be left idle for any reason as they are meant to develop, construct roads, housing, bridges whether there is recession or not. Neglecting this sector will lead to infrastructure decay and lost of good looking environment which the developed world do not joke with.
Giving money to the unemployed who are physically able to work in the construction industry is wrong. Let them earn a living from working in the industries of construction and environment with good pay. The environment need a lot of workforce and must be well paid and motivated and within five years you will not believe the result. Trust me.
On the Niger Delta issue the British came and dictated the price of palm oil and King Jaja of Opobo disagreed with them and told them that the price should be dictated by the producer. He was taken away on exile. The Oba of Benin told the British to respect their privacy, he was taken away on exile and everything in Benin Kingdom looted. The Niger Delta region is saying they are tired of being looted. Warships and aeroplanes are sent to destroy them. When will they be left alone?
The President Buhari called a peace meeting with those who are not ready to tell the truth. These people are not trustworthy as they have in one time or another betrayed the people when given responsibilities and nobody in the Niger Delta trust them due to their previous betrayals. There is no way peace can reign unless there is a political will which is not there.
The billions of Dollars allocated for the development of the area is just a paper work. The billions of Dollars allocated for the development of the North will religiously be allocated and supervised by the president himself as he did to the Petroleum Development Fund when he was the chairman but will wash off his hands from that of y Niger Delta. Pontius Pilate did the same but will was not exonerated from the death of Jesus Christ and in the Apostle's Creed it is stated "suffered under Pontius Pilate" as the head must be held responsible.

THE NIGER DELTA REGION WILL NOT JOIN ANY OF THE MAJOR TRIBES IN NIGERIA

There is no way the Niger Delta region of Nigeria can join any of the three major tribes in Nigeria when the country splits up.Some will say it is impossible for Nigeria to split. These are those in positions where money is fraudulently made at the expense of helpless Nigerians. The signs of splitting are glaring. Jonathan said Dasuki did not steal despite all the evidences.Even the man Dasuki admitted that he stole and he would return the money and even mentioned those he shared the loot with. This was a leader who led the country. Funny country of people with no conscience.
Buhari wants to borrow money that will be squandered on North East after Muslim extremists who do not pay tax and do not contribute a dime into Nigeria's revenue.Someone made a remark that he was preparing for the splitting of Nigeria as 2019 elections will be tough for him and the North will go away with the billions of dollars as their severance package.
Look at the way the chairman of the ruling party APC is being rubbished by the Yoruba because he is from a minority tribe in Nigeria. Midwest state was created from the Western state as the Yoruba looked down on the Midwesterners in the sixties as minorities.
My advice to the Niger Delta people is not to join any of the major tribes. A word is sufficient for the wise.

THE PROPOSAL BY THE NIGERIAN NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TO SELL ASSETS

This proposal in my opinion is very unpatriotic. The problem of mismanagement of public assets is derived from insincerity of civil servants and politicians who have looted the Nigerian treasury and due to the cooperation of Western countries to fight money laundry just as Nigeria cooperates with the West to fight hard drugs from being exported through it,these people with dead consciences are now looking for means of disposing their loots by buying assets

THE CATHOLIC CHURCH AND THE YOUTHS

Churches in the West are shutting down everyday and Church buildings are sold and converted into residential buildings. Seminaries are shutting down and there is shortage of priests. This trend started in the sixties and Bishops and priests did not feel concerned with the trend. The faith was no longer taught as it ought to be taught as Catechists and Church workers were not well paid and the profession did not attract dedicated young men but retired old men who were not strong enough to tackles issues as regards the faith. The priests were engaged in a struggle of superiority with the Catechists. There is a saying that when two elephants fight the grass must suffer the consequences.
Priests were only interested in bricks and mortar as they were only interested in building Cathedrals and Churches instead of building the people especially the youths who were not well grounded in the faith like their parents who were prepared to take any insult because of the faith handed over to them in an earthen pot as St Paul will describe the faith.
When I traveled to Dublin I heard a Bishop saying they have disappointed the youths as they voted in favour of gay marriage.
My mind quickly ran to Nigeria as the Church is not doing anything about the poaching of its youths by Pentecostals and other Churches which deceive them that the Catholic Church worshipped images and do not believe in the Bible hence they do not read it in their Mass. They tell them they worshipped Mary the mother of Jesus Christ instead of Jesus Christ. These fabricated lies tend to distract them from going to Mass. Today just a handful of the youths attend the daily Morning Mass which without it the world would have shut down as Jesus Christ always pleads for the world through it.
The priests are so much concerned with owning jeeps and serving in rich parishes. They do not want the lay to have a say in how funds are administrated.Nosy Parishioners are taken as enemies.
Youths went to meet their Parish Priest for money for a programme and he was very hostile to them and meanwhile he was executing a multi million pounds project in his Parish in Nigeria which if nobody is taught the faith nobody will worship in that building in the future. The persons or the faithful are the Church not the buildings.I am not advocating for dirty Church buildings I am saying that those that will use these buildings should be respected and taken care of in any way that is deemed necessary for the Church not to fail in Nigeria.

LOOTING OF TREASURY AND STASHING IT IN THE WEST

,The looting of your treasury and stashing it in Western countries is modern slave trade. In the days of slavery Africans were taken away to the West and their labour was not paid for despite the development their labour brought to the West. Today the money stolen and stashed in the West cannot be retrieved fully due to the fact they are being used in businesses owned by them. There is no way you can fully recover the money as repatriating the money will affect their economy. Can you imagine Deziani telling Nigerians she will return $90 billion to Nigeria? If that's true I think her head should be examined Why should she and her co-looters be so uncharitable to Nigeria? Presidents, National Assembly members, Governors, religious leaders are involved in this mortal sin. There is no way you can fully recover the money and so do not be dumb heads be wise and stop this wickedness which is modern slavery..
For the National Assembly members who shamelessly say budget padding is not a crime are not telling the truth due to the fact the money goes into their pockets which makes it a crime and the concern of Nigerians.
