Saul Eslake chief economist at ANZ bank says it will go well over 80c-chart looks as though he is right to me.
Isn't it through line of resistance?

With deficits of Aussie, UK, USA, all running high, negative growth in Japan, complex Euro market, anything can happen to any currency any time. Where do we put our money to make bit e'tra?

forex spammers

ALERT to forex traders

opened a demo with openforex and gave them my email address and soon afterwards began receiving emails from spammers including porn sites.

looks as though many of the sites on openforex are also related to them like mabico

sell the aussie

I'm putting my money where my mouth is. I have an aussie CD that I have to decide on tomorrow whether to roll it over or not.

I'm not.

BTW quirkster, I don't know what you mean by "the economists say it is heading to 84". On Feb 25, BCA Research, a group of economists, said sell.

Looks to be heading for 81 cents. The economists say 84 by midyear but Reserve bank will not allow this with current trade deficit
Look for 78.7 0n 11th and 80.2 by the 15th-or at least that is how I will be punting it

fx rip off response

In todays environment, why would you pay money to a no-name website for research that cannot be confirmed? There are plenty of "real" companies listed on this site that have long track records and are recognized in the industry with years of service.

aussie rise

I think the australian and canadian dollars will continue to rise on a longer term basis with close correlation to the u.s. dollar slide. The commodity currencies will track the price of gold and other key metals, such as copper, silver, etc.

Sold off Aussies for USD @0.7875 level hoping it will come down. With today's 0.7980, I lost hopes to gain back in 2005. Experts talk of even 0.8250 in the near future. Can anyone share his/her knowledge with me?

Who is CJ to change Sandra's mind?!!? Historical tops are hard to break and the miners/farmers hate it up here. Interest rates are fully factored now and the "sulk factor" is often ignored when it gets up here. Makes life interesting though.

65 cents by Christmas

Ten months is a very long time in forex markets, especially when there are a record number of net long Aussie positions, as there are at the moment. All we need is for people to start focusing on our current account deficit or for the 'miracle economy' to start unravelling (which it will do, given the cyclical nature of markets).

MUST GO UP AS INTEREST RATES WILL.
The person who predicted 65 cents better leave currency speculation alone. Should slip through 80 cents in 6 weeks
AXUWME looks like a safe punt
