I find all the information overwhleming. Many Christian magazins have featured articals about U2. I hope that this topic will be one of the more interesting ones in the class. | Posted By: Delta V Posted On: Feb 3, 2005 Views: 317 | Adam Clyton's Bass plying I was resently reading the top 50 bass plyers in a magazine and the had a lot of good players like Paul MaCartny, Gezzer Butler, Fle, and others but to my suprise Adam Clyton was not! I think Basses like Adam and Roger Clover (Deep Purple Mk II) are very under rated I play the bass my self along with guitar and I think Guys like are fully qulafiyed to be in the listings Just listen to bulet in the blue sky or smoke on the water and you will see that these guys know what it takes to be HEAVY. |

I started listening to them at age 7 and I'm 14 years old now, but I haven't stoped listening to their music, and I don't think I ever will. Some of my favorite albums are war, boy, october, and ATYCLB, but I think 'How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb tops'em all. With the incredible sound of 'Vertigo' and 'City Of Blinding Lights'. No doubt, U2 is probably the greatest Rock band ever! |

The first few listens of HTDAAB were awesome. It shows all the signs of being as fresh as the other two mentioned here in years to come. My most memorable u2 moment was the 1997 Pop Tour. Pop is by no means their greatest album, but those songs were magic on stage. MOFO! WOW! That took me to a different place entirely. In fact, take out your copy of "Pop" now, skip to track 3 and whack the volume up. People have said U2 are better on stage than in the studio. These people don't play the albums LLLOOOOUUUUDDD! |
