She is fair and some people don't seem to get it when they are wrong so that is there problem. She screams because some litigants are so pathetic and cynical, plus it will be pretty boring if she didnt get mad. I like her a lot and pcourt is the only court show I watch. Those who don't like it move on she's staying... or better yet keep watching it. |

There are times when it seems that people are not able to fully explain themselves but these are not grounds for firing an individual from their duty as a Judge. |

Judge Milian's screeching has gotten very boring and I also now see that many litigants either do not get a fair hearing or else much is removed before showing. I find Judge Milian's hysterical impatient outbursts to be extremely rude, distasteful and disrespectful of court decorum and control. She insults many litigants over her own impatience, not their misbehavior, and then when they dare to civilly request to clarify, she screams some more and has them seated or tossed in a grossly intolerable manner. She demonstrates no self-control or self-discipline. It has taken me months to get the courage to say this due to my own disappointment. |

Other than the fact that she is simply gorgeous; she tells it like it is, is very fair, doesn't yell as much as Judge Judy, doesn't seem mad at every plaintive/defendant (why does Judge Judy seem mad all the time? She seems bothered about every case!), Marilyn is also funny and down to earth. And very caring. SHE IS SIMPLY THE BEST! I hope she is on The People's Court for many more years! I don't think she is getting the same types of shows other court shows are, therefore she isn't being able to show her ability as a judge as well as she could. Another thing that doesn't seem to work in her favor is her age, she has younger children and I don't think people take her as seriously as they do for example Judge Judy. Not on TV anyway. She gets the most boring cases, why? I would like to see her do more then tenent or car disputes which seems like she gets the most. I would like to see her handle stronger cases to see her true potential. Infact I would rather see her get Judge Mathis' cases, at least I would know they were getting a fair deal!! |

I would like to see it on more than once a day, like some of the other court shows. I like the judge she is a fresh face. Some of the other court shows do the baby daddy thing and I am sick of those type of shows. In my town in Georgia the show has been replaced by the 700 Club, which means it runs for 2 hours straight (way too much time). So please put TPC back on. |

| Posted By: Natalie Posted On: Nov 2, 2007 Views: 1929 | Marilyn Milian I think part of the problem is that most of these court shows try to do a "Jerry Springer"esque type of thing. Litigants who were in fights, pulling hair and destroying property. Now, Judge Milian has had some cases like that, but it is more realistic for her to have a variety and that is why I like the show. I also really like her because she has a great sense of humor and she doesn't take any bull but she isn't purposely mean, like Judge Judy is. I think that maybe Judge Milian should ask Oprah to interview her! If she got onto some talk shows, that would show others how intelligent she is, and might promote the show to people who probably don't even know it stayed on the air after Judge Wapner. |
