Re: Ethnic clout called Prince Adetunle

I think NOCHO have said it all, but I just needed to make some startling revelation which I presume he didn't unravel. I guess you (prince Adetunle) as you call yourself are so biased and one should not be surprised by your rating. It's a pure case of halo effect, and to an average objective mind, your rating defied the realities on ground. If all were to be nice about Obj as you made us believe, why is it that unemployment has reached its highest record peak since inception of Nigeria, insecurity, poor state of infrastructure, lawlessness, incessant strikes, corruption amongst the political class (Obj himself) inclusive etc are very common experience in Nigeria today. I guess you're either paid to make this wide and fictitious claim, or perhaps you're totally an alien in Nigeria. For your information, Obj is now the most hated Nigerian, and if he'd done so well as you said, such a profile won't have arise in the first place. Try to corroborate your research finding with that of notable organizations like World bank, Transparency International, UN etc for you to see that your assumption is totally baseless and pure lies.

Prince Adetula

I agreed with you 98% with your assesment of OBJ score card. The additions are just two. OBJ successfully put the Khaki boys in check and made military more focused on their primary role. Secondly, he perfectly put to rest the stupid and wicked ambitions of some of our past leaders who are nothing but rouges. He however failed in the aspect of human relations. He has done his part Nigeria must move forward.

Re: Prince Adetule

Nice work on stating what OBJ achieved and what he didn't, but I have a question.

How did you arrive at 70% mark for OBJ, or are you refering to the over 70% of the Nigerian population that the World Bank and the United Nations agree are living below the 1$/day poverty line?

While I agree that he did achieve some things, I am of the opinion that for every positive step he took foward, he took two negative steps backwards. This is why none of his achievements resulted in any significant improvement in the lives of Nigerians.

Babangida and democracy

I hear this fellow is aiming to create an institute to promote the ideals of democracy. I nearly fell off my chair when I read this. It's like an arsonist being put in charge of a fire brigade station. The man must desist from slurring the word 'democracy'. He was the architect of the pain and anguish that millions of Nigerians are going through at the moment.
He really made our day when we did not hear a word about him in the past couple of months. He should just crawl back to the cave he has been holing up and shut his mouth.

Continued Detention Of Uwazuruike

The "unjustified reason" behind the continued detention of Chief Raph Uwazuruike remains a surprise to any wise-thinking Nigerian. His appeal to be granted bail has been on several ocassions denied by court under the strict instructions of the F.G. The FG had held a "misconstrued view" on the person and actions of Chief Uwazuruike, labelling him a big threat to the security of the nation. This unfortunately,is untrue. He has been non-violent in all his activities before he was arrested.
Instead of granting him bail as was done to some notorious leaders from the other ethnic groups even at the death of his mother, the FG and court had maintain adamant ears to appeals!
All this amount to injustice not only to him but also to the entire Ndi-Igbo as a nation.
Ndi-Igbo have since after the civil war ensured peace and co-existence in Nigeria despite obvious marginalizations yet the FG maintains its inhumane treatment to the chosen race,Ndi-Igbo.
Now let it be re-awaken in the minds of FG that "truth is like oil poured on water that always float".In the light of this, the ordeal of Uwazuruike and of course Ndi-Igbo will not last forever! The Jewish brothers,ISREALITES,suffered the same way in a nation of theirs but at the appointed time were freed.
And that time of freedom for every Igboman is nearing fast. It's unstoppable by any person. All the actions of FG and court are "good fuels"
for the faster actualization of freedom for Ndi-Igbo. Joyfully;Ndi-Igbo are great and able!

!1999-2007

Obasanjo MUST explain how his financial status changed within this period considering the fact that his overdrawn accounts were paid off by his friends. These friends became his targets when he tried to elongate his tenor and he humiliated them at the slighted opportunity.
The man of God,Primate Akinola said it all. He should repent before it is too late.

One Nigeria

The problem in this forum and in Nigeria is still the same, one Nigeria and tribalism. Igbo vases the North, North fights west and west sabotaged east. No one trust each other and will never in this present days in Nigeria.

Lets call a bluff a bluff, if a question is asked on which of the tribe in Nigeria has kept her one? What will be the answer? Nigeria is just running around the truth in circle. When a hausa man become president, he gives the most strategic positions to his kinsmen. Same thing applicable to the Yorubas. Why? Simples because,no one trust each other. Why are we telling ourselves lies? Nigeria would have been a better place to live if the trust is there.

What keeps relationship or marriage going is trust. If I do not trust my partner in business or relationship, how could good thing come out of it. The simple truth is that, Lets every ethnic group that made up Nigeria come to one center table and discuss how it will work. If there is no concrete agreement reached, let every nation part to their own separate ways.

Everyday this child will die, this child will die. If he wants to die, let him die. If he wants to live, let him live. Imagine as fat as Nigeria is in all manner of life, still the people living in looks like children of the war.

Igbo kwenu or what do you call your self. Nobody in the north ever talk stupidly like you do. You think there is no thief in the north? The north are more diplomatic. They dont make stupid noise like you and your likes do. Inretrospect, you have to come from the royal families to hold any elective or public office in the north. The talakawas [poor] did not take to the streets but map out strategies to be relevant. They did not call for war neither. Today the results are clear. Makarfi with no royal blood was elected governor. Balat from christain part of Kaduna was elected senator. Many more improvements too numerous to mention. What was Kalu contributions to a vibrant State like ABA? Did he performed well as a governor? Why pitty him when he was asked to account for his stewardship. I have said it before that I am not an Hausa man, if I am, I will be proud of my tribe. Your types are nothing but noise maker. If you want to champion the Biafran war go back to Naija and lead the crusade let see if you will get a follower. Majority of Igbo traders want peace and want to go about their businesses anywhere in Nigeria without molestation. People like you are drawing the hands of the clock back. You will fail in all your evil plans in Jesus mighty name. AMEN
