And comes back with a judgement that is not only the law It's not off the wall or out of the blue like other shows that play it up for effect . Like Texas Justice Judge Larry Joe gets mad as hell scream out a ruling that is totaly wrong to any one whos been whatching the show . He is truly Parthal . So promote Judge Millian more ! and keep a honest Judge on the bench on the Pepole's Court |

It seems that the show is only interested in showing cases that shouldn't have even made it to court! The viewer world is fed up with watching less than Jerry Springer type fools fight and carry on over crap! The show also promoted a decline in respect of our legal system by allowing fools to disrespect the court and our legal system by dressing poorly and behaving like dumb animals! I would much rather see cases that are more substancial and with people that show greater respect for the court! If I wanted to see people care on foolishly I would watch Springer or the WWF/WWE! |

I have NEVER witnessed anything racist coming from the Judge. I HAVE seen some extremely racist litigants. Black and White. I am saddened to hear that the show is fledgling because I find it to be very entertaining. If you want to see prejudice or partiallity, watch Judge Judy!! Leave Judge Marilyn alone. She is a WONDERFUL judge, and I absolutely love her rough justice. Hang in there, Judge. It is a proven fact that when you are doing something right, the enemy will attack you whenever and where ever he can. Keep you chin up, and stay focused. Oh yes, tell Harvey that I love him. Don't you folks know a good thing when you have it?? Judge Milian is one of the best Judges on Television today!! She brings a certain legal "flare" to the Bench that you don't see in any other courtroom. Judge Milian shows us that She's human & down to earth unlike most of those "Bombastic", "Egotistic" "Blowhards" that usually occupy most Benches today. Judge Milian is indeed a "keeper" & if you're even thinking about "firing" Her, I hope & pray that you would re-consider. Thank You, Ernie Swanks. |

Milian not only comforted the white woman and upheld the white plantiff's decision because of her bias and identification towards the white woman just because they shared the same white skin, but humiliated and dehumanized the black defendant (I beleive was her position in the trial) but threatened her by saying something to the extent of "Don't make me come down there." From the one white woman's testimony, Milian not only made her biased decision but denied the black lady's right to contact social services if she suspects that a child is not being taken care of.Milian not only dismissed the black lady's accusation of that white woman calling her "****", but referred to the black lady inj many subhuman terms-dismantling her humanity in the public eye. She told her that the black lady's blood was "ice" and that she was a horrible and evil woman. That bitch Milian has no right to put her personal racism that she feels in her heart and use it against people of color in the courtroom and then have every freakin white person condone it! Are we still slaves or what! As an African American, I will spread to people not to watch that bitch Milian and not to watch people's court-which has obviously condoned racism and racist one sided decisions. If that child who was taken away from social services was black, these racists wouldn't even have given a sh**. But when a black person actually proceeds to use the law to make a critical satnd against a white person, then we see all of white America reveal their ugly racist heads! I would spit on her if I saw her--because she would NEVER EVER (Milian would) never talk to a white person like that.In case you white prodicers didn't notice,blacks have fought and won the right to vote, you aniamals. You are animals for letting a a balck woman be justifiable talked down to and humiliated by a white woman.Stop fufulling your racist desires,and grow the fuc* up!.This is the goddam* year of 2004! |
