Judge Milian RULES

She is a great judge when it comes down to the verdict. I could do without the "as my mother says" jibberish in spanish, and related to us only English speaking watchers.
But she hits HOME, when speaking about husbands.
We love our Hubby, but there are times...

Better time slot

I LOVE the show! But I can only see it if I'm off from work. It comes on at noon during the week. PLEASE TELL ME WHO IS HOME TO SEE THE SHOW AT NOON! Could you try 5 or 6pm. I would love that and I think the majority of the work force would appreciate the time change.

Faithful Viewer When I Can!

Judge Milian

I am retired and started watching Judge Marilyn Milian. I watch her show very religiously every day. She has a great sense of humor plus she is fair in her verdicts. She is not prejudice, no matter what color or nationality you are. Keep her on as Judge for the Peoples Court. Do NOT replace her. Do NOT cancel her show.

People's Court

I think Judge Milian is the best judge since the days of Judge Wappner. She has a great sense of humour, she is smart and also has an inherent kindness and compassion that shows through.

The commentator in the hallway is not very bright and asks unbelieveably stupid and insensitive questions.

The litigants play an important part in the show and should be screened more carefully. The producers should endeavour to attract more interesting cases. It seems that 90% of the time a girlfriend sues a former boyfriend for "money lent" and it becomes rather tedious.

Judge Milian

I love this show and this Judge but I have noticed as time has gone on she is yelling more I hate that part it is better when she maintains a more even voice and saves the yelling for special cases. I love her sense of humor Thanks for listening

Keep Marilyn Milian

This has to be my favorite show. I really enjoy Judge Marilyn Milian-whoever decided to hire her made a very smart choice. She's intelligent, stern, but lively, and best of all, she's a lot better to look at than the last judge. The problem is that it comes on in the middle of the day (in Cali), and that may be one of the problems with the declining ratings. I enjoy all hosts involved in the show, they all bring something to the show, but the cases that involve the dogs aren't that interesting, but hey I still love this show.

KEEP JUDGE MILIAN

THIS IS THE ONLY JUDGE THAT IS NOT BEING INFLUENCED BY PERSONAL OPINION. SHE DISPENSES THE LAW AS IT IS WRITTEN WITH A LOT OF FAIRNESS AND JUSTIFICATION TO THE LITIGANTS. WHAT THIS SHOW NEEDS ARE CASES THAT REFLECTS WHAT PEOPLE ARE FILING CLAIMS FOR EVERYDAY, SINCE THE COURT IS OVERBURDENED WITH THE AMOUNT OF CLAIMS FILED. PEOPLE WHO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT WILL WATCH THE SHOW AND TELL THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO WATCH, ALSO WHEN PEOPLE CAN IDENTIFY WITH THE LITIGANTS THEY WILL WATCH. SOME OF THE CASES ON COURT T.V. ARE NOT WORTH WATCHING IT SEEMS LIKE THEY WENT SCOUTING FOR A SPECIFIC TYPE OF PEOPLE. "REAL CASES THAT AFFECT OUR EVERYDAY LIVES WILL GET OUR ATTENTION.

PLEASE KEEP THE JUDGE!!!

Driveway Re-pavement

I was really offended by Harvey Levin's comment that if a business card doesn't include a physical address, then it's likely the person is not ethical. That is totally untrue. Many sub-contractors and handymen work out of their homes and do not want their family's harassed if a customer has a complaint.

For example, I have a friend who is a handyman and does not include his address because he lives in someone's guest house and does not want to involve them in any disputes that might arise (even though there have never been any complaints about his work and I have referred many business associates to him).

Mr. Levin should think a bit longer before he makes comments like that.

hair salon show

I TOTALLY SUPPORT THE JUDGE!!!The mother just sat and let her daughter suffer a horrible burn because she only cared about her own selfish vanity. She should have JUMPED out of her chair when the child said she was being burned!!!!I am a Scottish hairdresser with extremely curly hair-not just blacks suffer from frizz and curls. There are safety standards that should have been followed-no child should recieve chemical treatment before age 10. tests patches should be done EVERY time on a child -their skin is very different than an adults!.This is taught to every hairdresser in every school... its the mothers' immature concern with herself, especially not taking her daughter to the doctor because she knew she should never have subected her daughter to that at all, that is what disgusts me .That is what got Judge Millan so upset, not any aspect of black haircare per say-the mother protected herself and let her daughter suffer with avery painful burn on her neck .the mother acted like her daughter was a dress-up doll.Shame on her! I hope that child protection services gets a copy of the tape.

January 20th 2005 show

On 01/20/05, a young lady brought her daughter into the courtroom to show that a salon had burned her daughters neck. Now, on 2 points I would agree with Judge Milian. 1. Yes the mother was wrong for not attending to her daughter the moment her daughter said her head was burning. 2. Yes the mother was wrong for not taking her to the hospital IF she felt her daughter was hurt. That should have been it. But no, Judge Milian goes on to yell and scream at the mother and tell her how she made her daughter to feel that she was not pretty just as she was. Well until Judge Milian has attempted to comb a child of Africian American hair I don't think she has the right to give such harsh unnecessary views. I have raised 2 daughter with different texture hair, and yes they are AA. My oldest daughter I had her hair permed just as early as this young lady and I have NEVER made my daughter feel that she was not pretty JUST because she had to get her hair permed. That is a STUPID remark on her part. I am sure that she has just like me, made comments about little black girls hair that was not neat and tidy and was very nappy and unkept like. I raised my daughter to love her hair because she could do more with it. She has the options of perming, braiding, locking, dying or just going natural. God blessed her and many more sistas (sic) to be versatile. I realize that Caucasians hair is different from ours and Hispanics hair is also different as well as Asians, she should also realize this. How she scream and humiliated this lady for trying to maintain her daughter's hair was totally uncalled for. I understand that her daughters are young now, I pray she does not have any problems with them when they become teenagers. She acts as if she wrote the book on being a parent. Hello we all learned through trial and errors. No parent has the golden book/rule on being a PERFECT parent. Please stop giving your own opinions as if they are facts. You might want to take some notes from Judge Judy. At least she admits that her children were not angels and made mistakes.

UNFAIR JUDGE

On January 20, 2004, there was a plantiff who bought her 6 year old daughter to court to sew the hair saloon for a burn behind her daughter's neck. Judge, you were too harsh on that mother and you gave an opinion and you didn't have your facts straight. BLACK PEOPLE HAVE NAPPY HAIR AND WE NEED PERMS. I have 3 daughters and was advised by a beautician to start perming their hair at age 5. Their hair was so nappy that I couldn't comb through it. Judge, all I'm trying to say is that you comments were tacky and unjust, you can't tell that mom not to perm that child's hair. That's not your business. I know you wouldn't perm your 6 year olds hair because white girls have fairly good hair and they don't need perms.
