Misharjai it's people like you

and yoru party which gives enough arrogance to parties like congress to embark on the scuttling of democracy drive..

Even during emergency and oyou and your party were supporter of Indira and that tells all about ur sick ideology..

and true toyour color once again u have supported congressi style of murder of democracy in jharkhand..

As a sick naiz communist u are more mowried about whetehr this will eb successful move or not...

Show some semblance of civility and give thumbs down to this undemoncartic step..not everythigs has to be weighed by party politics.. Every paty must draw a line when ti comes to preseving constitutional rights.......

I know Main bhains ke aage bin baza raha hun par anyway I will keeptrying..

Sonia Maino's Tyagi mask falls off

so if u must abse someone abuse Sonia. por governor is just doig what he has been told...

What is most apalling is the president's kathputali status, even K, R. narayana was betetr than this bloke..

Apparently scientists sud be left in science domain brigning them in statesmanship is of no use..

any other well meanign presidnet with guts wud have dismissed governor on this sudden rise of constitutional crisis orchetrated by gvernors in Goa and Jharkhand and wait this will happen in Bihar...

Once again I will read the rule for the benefit of public: Biggest pre=poll alliance or biggest party gets invited..

Lalooji adding congressi number doesn't make sense for first invitatin at least and rightly so. After all Sonia's most of the MLA has defeated RJD in direct fight and she has asked for vote by criticising RJD ..

This makes me wonder about other thing: On what moral ground congressi criticised a govt. f whaich they were a part, As far as I know congress was the part of outgoing RJD cabinet in Bihar..

Then we are talking about congress so morality should not be invoked..

How muh time governor can give

for majority proof.. well it/s in his hands but then he can't make it five years can he..

anyway hatever is the case but look at this..

In Goa governor gives BJP CM 2 days to prove majority and congress CM 1 month and this happens in the sace of two days.. so go figure...

Whether u accept it or not from the time of Indira Gandhi these congressi have ben murdering democracy time and again...

What I am scare do is just like emergency days even media suppots congress on whatever they do, this wil embolden Mahatyagi Sonia to embark on emergency experiment again if she faisl to muster enough support in next election..

God save India and god give sense to these psecs who fail to see the sinister design of congressis

To M Sajjad Jee

I am agree with your observation about the case of Jharkhand..if BJP still have support of 41 MLA than they must be allowd to form the Government..
But still there are conflicting report about the support from Independent MLA's..
We can expose/crush these fascist/communalist party by not only debare the to form government but by organized mass movement..Congress has to understant these reality..but only for face saving exercise congress is manipulating the governemt formation and I am sure they r goig to successful by these token conviction to save nation from these fascist..

Constitution Ransacked (contd.)

We should urge upon the right thinking citizens of the country to demand recall of the Jharkhand's governor, more strongly, if the 41 MLAs supporting NDA remain firm and consistent till the end of the dirty game in Jharkhand.

Constitution Ransacked

Despite my strongest opposition to the BJP's politics, I am extremely devastated to see the conduct of the Jharkhand's governor.I fear this kind of constitutional impropriety may be repeated in Bihar as well.Unscrupulous political footworking is already underway. All of us must remain vigilant.

Pradeep Bhaiya

You have raised very relevant questions BUT Rajesh is refusing to get down from "caste train" even though it has reached it's station. He is singing the tune " way to go".

Sometimes I feel that Rajesh is confused.

Consider these -

1) In 1 postings he said that Laloo YADAV has surpassed Ambedkar, Lohia and Kkarpoori. In another posting, he is giving credit to Ambedkar.

2) In LJP, he is noticing large number of upper caste MLAs. He is ignoring that these MLAs have a Dalit leader.

3) Another potential candidate is Nitish Kumar and he is not upper caste, but a Kurmi.

Now he talks about all BC + SC/ST and next he seems to worried about Yadavs only.
He never talks about over representation of Yadav in last assembly.

But as my nature is, I take bull by it's horns.

Jai Bihar

A question

By our constitutional law, how many months a Governor can allow for a party to prove majority on the assembly floor???

Is it a valid question?

caste charecteristics

OK, it now seems that I am cutting bit of ice with you on castesim. It is good and encouraging to me.

Today, vast majority of upper castes are not seeing the practice of casteism in their daily life. Urbanization of society is one of the factors. They come to know about it in books and newspapers. For example my 12 year old nephew who is born and brought up in a urban setup, has least/no idea about castes and discrimination because he has not seen it. There are many such kids. When these people will see an in-justice in the name of caste against any (upper caste OR lower caste) , they will certainly not accept it, rather they will rebel against it. So society is divided in 3 parts - 1) opperessor 2) opperessed 3) against in-justice doers.

First 2 categories are fast diminshing.

It is the 3rd category which will make the society non-castiest. Not the assembly/parliament/constitution.

And we must NOT do something to make the 3rd category casteist. We must provide enough space to them.

You see no justification in 50% limit in reservation. It is because you have poor understanding of reservation.
But right now I don't want to start a discussion on reservation.

You talk about caste composition.

You should think about caste charecteristics also. I am just giving you a pointer.
A landless kayasth who is a Bank clerk has better status than an unemployed rich kayasth. Similarly a Yadav having good milk business command more respect from his caste men than a yadav Bank clerk. Even though, kayasth has significant population, they have negligible representation in assembly/ parliament. It is because of caste characteristics nothing else.
