Posted By: Rajesh Posted On: Mar 1, 2004 Views: 709 | Ojha to contest for MP Ojha might have been honest police officer. I don't know but odds are against him. In general these officers (IPS, IAS etc) are corrupt. Look at the palacial houses they have. Not to mention about invisible and hidden wealth. Can they afford it from their salary? |
Posted By: Pravin Sinha Posted On: Mar 1, 2004 Views: 711 | DPOjha to contest for MP I think this is a good news that honest IPS officers are joining politics now (rather than gundas). I wish all the best to Mr. D P Ojha for his bright political carrier and I hope that he will help other Good Bihari Politicians to throw away this anit-developement and pro-corruption government in Bihar. |
Posted By: Deepak Posted On: Mar 1, 2004 Views: 690 | DGP Ojha See what he wanted Ex-Bihar DGP Ojha to contest LS polls on NDA ticket Press Trust of India Lakhisarai (Bihar), February 29 The ousted Bihar Director-General of Police, DP Ojha, on Sunday said he would contest the coming Lok Sabha election from Begusarai under NDA banner to 'end the corrupt and criminal-friendly RJD rule in Bihar'. Ojha, who formally announced his political priorities after retiring from the Indian Police Service job on Sunday, told a public meeting that he would decide within a week which NDA party he would be joining. After being sacked from the post of DGP in December Ojha had gone on leave and applied for premature retirement. His plea was okayed by the central government but not by the state government and on Sunday he finally retired from the job. Making a scathing attack on the RJD, Ojha said that the state government by 'giving patronage to criminals like Shahabuddin is very much responsible for the deteriorating law and order situation in the state'. He said that he was sacked when he recommended action against big criminal gangs active in the state. Ojha said the right to recall elected representatives should be incorporated in the election laws so that "those who get elected by popular votes, but betray the mandate by indulging in corrupt and criminal practices could be removed by people". So after joying all the things bieng an police after now he wants political power too, nothing more. regards to all |
Posted By: Soni Singh Posted On: Feb 29, 2004 Views: 702 | Rajesh; The Hypocrite I don't know why any and all persons continue to dignify this Rajesh charachter. To get further evidence of his being a hypocrite, all you have to do is scroll back to earlier comments posted on this site by me, and others, and replies posted by this charachter. This charachter Rajesh feels compelled to write non-sense, then respond to every single person's postings. Enough is enough already, this guy should just take a break from his lunacy, and let real people discuss things on this site. Rajesh is guilty of defending Laloo and the RJD, but how can anyone defend RJD or Laloo, unless of course they were like Rajesh, who is a hypocrite. Horrible roads, shortage of electricty, law and order problems such as kidnappings, corruption in govt. are attributed to Laloo and the RJD govt, so what is Rajesh talking about when he defends them? So to conclude, I appeal to Rajesh to stop posting rubbish on this site. I appeal to the rest of you to stop dignifying this charachter, and to not respond at all to his insane frivolous banter. |
Posted By: Rajesh Posted On: Feb 29, 2004 Views: 696 | Hypocrisy Kumar, Thanks for reminding me about posting of newspaper clips and my inclination. When newspaper clips coroborate your views then it is natural that you applause it. On the other hand you get agitated when newspaper stories undermine your viewpoints. It is normal behaviour. It is good that we have people from all spectrum in this forum and it triggers self corrective mechanism if somebody goes overboard in projecting his or her views. By the way, you are incorrect in projecting me as Laloo loyalist. Correct characterization would be anti-RSS. I resist the cause for which RSS stands and to me only Laloo Yadav seems to deter them. But who knows, one day he might also become fallible like Nitish Kumar and Ram Vilas Paswan. |
Posted By: Kumar Posted On: Feb 28, 2004 Views: 730 | Rajesh & his hypocrisy Rajesh, I thought you are a genuine guy. But you seems to be a hypocrate like Laloo. When somebody posted an article on Jagannath Mishra - Height of shamelessness, you were the happiest person on this earth. If I am not wrong you made some comments as well. No body objected to that clipping or your comments. But now when somebody is posting adverse clipping on Laloo you are furious. Stop this nonsense. Take things in a positive manner. Moreover this forum is not your personal property. As long as somebody is not using indescent language he/she should be free to express his/her voice. Either through his/her words or thru any clipping. Thanks |

BASA threatens stir as RJD men bash up CO TIMES NEWS NETWORK & AGENCIES[ FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2004 02:00:26 AM ] KISHANGANJ: A Bihar administrative service official Mohd Moizuddin was manhandled and assaulted allegedly by a group of RJD men on the Kishanganj-Bahadurganj road on Thursday after he refused to pay them Rs 50,000 as rangdari. Reports reaching here said the RJD workers had literally laid a trap and Moizuddin, a circle officer-cum-BDO in the district who has reportedly overstayed his term and is already on orders of transfer, just walked into it. He was roughed up and beaten black and blue. The BDO was then dragged to the Khagra Circuit House where state building construction minister Mohd Taslimuddin was staying, the officers colleagues said. The CO later escaped, riding pillion with a motorcyclist passing that way, the reports said, adding an FIR has been lodged with the Town police station against block pramukh Tazmul Hussain, Uzer Alam, Shakeel and some 30 unidentified persons in this connection. Angry state officials went on a pen-down strike. The Kishanganj district unit of the Bihar Administrative Service Association (BASA) also held an emergency meeting under the presidentship of DDC Vinay Kumar and threatened direct action if the culprits are not arrested within three days. Moizuddin also holds the additional charges of BDO and CO, Kochadhaman. The Kochadhaman block falls in the assembly constituency of Mohd Taslimuddin. Ransom call from DIG's home ABDUL QADIR TIMES NEWS NETWORK[ FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2004 01:51:38 AM ] GAYA: Believe it or not, a call demanding Rs 10 lakh as ransom for the release of Ritu Raj, son of an SBI employee of village Bhagwanpur under the Bodh Gaya police station, was made from telephone no. 2432301, the residential number of Magadh range DIG PAK Beck. Ritu Raj, the teenaged son of Vijay Ram, was kidnapped on February 16. Following the institution of an FIR, a caller-ID was installed in the telephone set of the bank employee. On Wednesday night, the family members of the kidnapped boy received a call for Rs 10 lakh for the boys release. On verification, it was found that the caller-ID showed the residential telephone number of DIG Beck. Beck confirmed that the number tallied with his residential connection number. He said he has verified the antecedents of his personal staff and, as of now, he was not in a position to say anything on the matter. The DIG has instructed the case investigating officer to approach BSNL officials and find out if the number can be fudged in connivance with the BSNL men. If that is not technically possible, I would interrogate the man on telephone duty at the time when the call was made, Beck said. Telephone experts told TNN number fudging was simply out of question in the E-10B-type exchange which Gaya has. According to police, Wednesdays was the third ransom call to the Rams. While the first call had been made from Hotel Tathagat at Bodh Gaya, the second call had come from another Bodh Gaya hotel. |
Posted By: A. N. Pandey Posted On: Feb 26, 2004 Views: 724 | Laloo's Lovers Hey Laloo's lovers (specially Rajesh), I am putting bad news from Bihar for the reason. Until all Biharis specially like Rajesh who blames every body but himself (means Laloo and his beloved wife Rabri and his special task force; Goons), this is going to be the tragedy of Bihar. Few people writing comments and pat each others back is not going to change the fate of Bihar. Very soon, millions of Biharis will asking for help from education to Mediacal treatment. I want to demoralize these people to the point that they start self soul searching and get ready to fight Laloo and his Goons to make a better Bihar. People like Rajesh has no shame in supporting a bankrupt (from every respect) administration. I have read some his last nonsense comments. So, I will keep posting Good news coming from Bihar for Laloo's lovers until !!!!!. Prabhat, I am a Bihari and also look things as it is and have moral guts to see black and white. I do not see with a prsim of Laloo and defend Bihar just because I am a Bihari. |

Posted By: A N Pandey Posted On: Feb 26, 2004 Views: 695 | Good News for Laloo's Lovers Hey Laloo's Lovers, Here is good news for you guys to cheer up. Read what you people have done to Bihar. Bihar a byword for worst of India: The Economist Press Trust of India New Delhi, February 25: While conceding that there is a "shining economic opportunity" for India, a survey by leading magazine The Economist has described Bihar as a "byword" for the worst in the country. Bihar has become a byword for the worst of India, of widespread and inescapable poverty, of corrupt politicians indistinguishable from mafia-dons they patronise, caste-ridden social order that has retained the worst feudal cruelties, the London-based weekly said. The 14-page survey, which speaks of India's economy reviving up, has a separate section on Bihar, "an area of darkness" where many Indians are being left behind. It mentions Naxalite terrorist attacks and chronic misrule that has led to crumbling infrastructure, collapsing education and health systems and evaporating law and order. |
