To Rajesh

Hey Rajesh,

You are absolutely right in defining "Fanatism" but you are absolutely wrong defining the development. In the present time, the ills of all problems is "Poor Development and lack of opportunities". People accept other means when do not see any future.
So, religious fanatisims, crime, corruptions, prostitution, etec etc are nothing but the product of poor economic development of a society. There are thousands of examples in modern world.
A society which has adopted the route of economic devt, the people have changed as they see a future in that society. The people want to achieve their goal and destiny with their hard work in right environment.
In case of Bihar, I completely disagree with you and I Laloo is solely responsible for the economic demise of Bihar.

it is crystal clear that mr.ojha's fight against shahabuddin was politically motivated...now he wants political rewards by geting elected from begusarai....secondly,mr.ojha has proved that he is castiest also....because begusarai is a bhumihar dominated constituency.....he could proved himself a great crusader had he decided to fight against shahabudding himself from siwan.....finally everybody here on this forum looks like he is either anti-laloo or pro-laloo......i am not an admirer of laloo but i do find Rajesh's comments interesting and thought-provoking......

Hey Mr. Singh,

Are you really Singh? You understand what I mean.
Your last name should be ...Bihari or Biharbabu, who champions the cause of Bihar. Have you given thought on changing your name from Singh to Bihari or Biharibabu. In this case you do not have to explain why you prefer to live under Laloo than bringing changes in Bihar.
This was just a suggestion.

Hey Mr. Singh,
You can talk all the nonsense all day long but the fate of Bihar is not going to change until Laloo and his goons are in power.
You have every right to praise and worship corrupt person like Laloo in the name of stupid "Biharism" but it will take you or for that reason Bihar no where. Laloo has already brought Bihar in the category of a failed state like any African country with the help of incompetent and useless people like you and Rajesh. It seems you are worst than Laloo and Rajesh.
Keep your energy and anger intact. You will need to express in May-July. There will be lots of opportunity for praising Laloo.

Ravana and Kumbhkaran.

the battle is not between Rama and Ravana.

The battle as I see it is between Ravana (BJP) who has destroyed the name of Rama and loves killing his own people to take gain power from Kumbhkaran(Laloo) who just sleeps and does nothing for Bihar. one can bring about the destruction of all of India in regional hatreds (bjp), the other Laloo can simply let trouble fester and grow.

as i see it actively evil Ravana (BJP) is worse than sleeping lazy evil kumbhkaran(Laloo)...

anti-laloo brigade...

I am not pro-laloo, but I hate Bihar bashers even more than laloo!

'logic' of anti-laloo brigade:

1) why the center has not opened 1 national level university in a state of 80 million with the youngest population in India since independence.
While UP has 2 IIT's Bihar has to beg even for an NIT.

answer: Laloo

2)Only under the NDA they considered dividing Bihar -- this starved Bihar of it's funds while not giving them the compensation.

answer: Laloo

3)cartoonist Bal Thakeray now represents hinduism and two old men who can't even walk or talk properly think they can save hinduism
but can't even celebrate kargil Divas of our soldiers or attack pakistan because they are afraid of ruining ties with pakistan and US.

answer: laloo is ISI, vajpayee is Rama let's build a temple for Vajpayee...

Non-development in Bihar

SNP Sinha,
Foreigners all over the world are shocked by the RSS/BJP sponsered fanatism in Gujarat, not by the non-development in Bihar.

Development is material thing, it does not cause long term damage that fascism and religious fanatism cause. RSS even surpasses Pakistan's madarsa's in poisoning young minds in Gujarat. With adequate money and right governence it would take only few years for Bihar to develop. But Pakistan and Saudi Arabia would take generations to unlearn fanatism and it is sad that RSS ruled Gujarat is going in same direction.

have you gone to jharkhand and the deteriorating conditions there...that's rss land...

how about Gujurat and the fact that Gujurat has gotten less investment ever since RSS has taken over and is slowly losing it's luster.

how about new delhi, where women get raped and noone get's charged.

how about thousands of hindus and muslims dying thanks to bjp rule?

how about thousands of indian soldiers dying thanks to intelligence failure of bjp government

how about insulting Rama's name, --- SOMETHING NO OTHER PARTY HAS DONE. THEY TAKE RAM's NAME AND RUN AWAY SCARED FROM PAKISTAN.

how about you guys worship Vajpayee in his temple in madhya pradesh...he seems to be your god...forget about RAMA temple, langda buddha Vajpayee thinks he is better than God.

BJP has used and abused HInduism -- no other party was that corrupt. if hindus tolerate this non-sense that is why hinduism will again lose.

anti-laloo brigade

This anti-laloo brigage can only think about laloo, but forget that this parliamentary election will be about the useless NDA ministers who have only maligned Bihar and Biharis to gain power in the state.

It will be up to the Bihari people to decide the amount of self respect they have. This cheap politics of NDA -- Bihar bashing instead of a mature conversation on the fact THAT ALL PARTIES HAVE DONE NOTHING FOR BIHAR SINCE INDEPENDENCE and that Biharis have been their own worst enemies has got to end.

The NDA has had 5 years and all they have done is
1) divide bihar
2) humiliate and murder biharis
3) has done nothing to invest in Bihar despite the fact that they can overpower the state government anytime.
4) keep blaming Laloo Yadav for everything -- despite the fact that their own ministers have done NOTHING.

For me, I can't ever imagine voting for Bihar hating NDA. I would rather commit honor suicide with Laloo than vote for the Bihar baiting NDA.

I think whoever supports the NDA is a traitor -- a Bihar drohi.

To Rajesh

Hey Rajesh,
You are still wasting your time as well as others. It seems you are one of special kind of person who does not understand the logics. I used to encounter persons like you during my college years and most of them are unsuccessful and presently torch bearer of Laloo and his goons.
The Judiciary is third form of government that is constitutionally previleged to supernate the orders of elected officials if the order is found to be unconstitutional. So, High Court is absolutely in its jurisdiction to pass strictures against the govt and also right to make comments on "Jungle Raj" of Laloo. Just today, I had a meeting with one well known Indologist (Not an India) and he was surprised as soon as he came to know that I am from Bihar. He was telling me that recently he visited India and got chance to visit Bihar. He was shocked to see the degrading conditions of Bihar.
Anyway, nothing will go into your head as you are either a communist ideolog or a useless fellow.

Hey Deepak,

You are absolutely right. All the comments written by Mr. Rajesh went above my head. Rajesh comments may be "Great" in your opinion but not for me. My brain is not used to understand the "Lunatic logics". Only a lunatic can understand the logics of a lunatic. Good for you and Rajesh. Atleast there are still many lunatics are left in Laloo's land.
Enjoy Rajesh's comments.

Lure for public life

Judiciary too is not spared from temptation to jump into politics. Here are some (loose) comments passed by the high court. We used to hear this kind of comments from Ojha before he whole heartedly jumped into politics. Everyone seems to abandone their primary duty in order to fix the political order in way towards Nirvana.

-----------
PATNA : Chaos and Laloo Prasad Yadav's Bihar have almost become synonymous in public perception. The rule of law has collapsed, cheating is rampant, government appointments are made with scant regard to rules, state finances are in a mess, conditions in jails are inhuman and chief minister Rabri Devi's Cabinet routinely ignores court orders.
These were observations made by judges in the Patna High Court.

February 26, 2004 : "Unless we pull ourselves out of the morass the state is in, the future is bleak," observes Chief Justice Ravi S Dhavan and Justice S K Singh, while hearing a PIL on "whimsical" regularisation of services of casual state employees.

October 23, 2003 : The court warns the government that if needed it might summon the entire state cabinet, including the CM, for non-compliance of the court orders.

Ojha to contest for MP

I like to complement Kumar's observation about the corruption in public life that it is not ruling party, but opposition parties also share the loot of public money. In fodder scam several opposition leaders also figured but it was conveniently suppressed by CBI.
It is interesting and sad that most people in Bihar view political position as ultimate Nirvana. It is called public service but service is the last thing in their (or our) mind.
It is due to lack other opportunities in Bihar that make civil services and politics so attractive. We can find same trend in other underdeveloped states such as UP, MP, Orissa but not in relatively more developed states in south.

Ojha to contest for MP

Hi,

I fully agree with Rajesh that most of the ( not all ) IAS and IPS officers from Bihar are extremely corrupt. I personally know many IAS&IPS who have built palatial houses in Patna at the cost of public money. The kins of these officers are running drug business under their shelter. Most of the time these officers work under the shelter of state govt ministers and share the booty. For example Laloo Yadav has fixed monthly payment from each DM. The DM must pass on the money to Yadav every month without fail. You know where he will get that money. On top of that this DM must also keep happy the local MLA's and MP's happy, all at the cost of public money. And now when election is next door these high profile officers will be busy in arranging public meeting, arrange resource and collect fund for the ruling party.

I do not have much knowledge about Mr Ojha but one thing I know that he was very close to Laloo and that's why he became DGP. As an IPS officer there is not much credit under him. There are lots of ways to serve the public other than becoming MP by just cashing on the the public emotion. Since he was in police he can do some rehabilitation work for the thousands of people languishing in Bihar jail. Simply become MP and earn another pension for the rest of life. Waste of public money.

Thanks
