Hello Mr. Tathagat

Mr. Tathagat,
You seems to be very nice person by your name but i am sorry to say that there is nothing inside your thinking which can be correlated with the good name.
When you are raising fingers to thers some of them points to you as well.If you are not having petiance to listen others, then how can you dream to be a ruler? are not you fooling yourselfs and wasting the others time? This discussion forum do not represent 0.001% of the mass from Bihar and even though you are getting irritated! Those who are want to save the state, should not bother about the bad comments and should work on their behalf. In fact there are many but they are in limelight. Please try to listen to the others and then you will get better idea to rule.
Yes, i can accept the fact that Bihar could be better ans safer place under the aegis of a "FORWARD" person but you are not among them. I havenot seen any single meaningful posting from you that can lead the state of your dream. Please, be calm.

I can find only fools out here.

Hi All,

You shouldn't be surprised if I call each one of you a real fool.

I've been going through the postings on this site and found out just one thing - mudslinging. Well, mudslinging from the 'Backwards' can be understood because they are 'socially, educationally and economically' backward according to the Constitution of India and that's how they want to continue. (Incidentally, that's the reason why they vote for Laloo). But the forwards? We are the only hope for Bihar. We should refrain from mudslinging. Let the dogs bark. We should be discussing something fruitful. We should be discussing about development. The 'Backwards', by definition, cannot think in a civilized manner. We should not waste our time listening to them and responding to them. We were the rulers earlier and we still are. Only, we have become weak. Let's work together - all of us, Tilak, Taraju & Talwar (or BhuRaBaL, whichever you prefer)- for the betterment of Bihar.

Only God can save Bihar

Unfortunately Bihar is full of cynical and negative thinking persons like A.N.Pandey. Then we complaint how Biharis are perceived outside Bihar. Answer is lies nowhere but within ourselves. Unless we view ourselves in positive way, world will continue to look us down.

Only God can Save Bihar

If no change in leadership is brought in Bihar soon, the future of Bihar is doomed.
There will be nothing left but grazing cows and their pals on the streets of Patna and other beautiful cities of Bihar.
This will be a Great Social Justice for the people of Bihar.

God, Only you can save Bihar from this tragedy. Do something and help honest and hard working people of Bihar and bring their glory back.
Thanks.

"Three Cheers for All You Guys"

Feel as you wish after reading this news.

Arson at Nalanda College, AC escapes bid on life

Intermediate examinees went on the rampage for the second day on Monday ransacking examination centres, indulging in arson at Nalanda College and making an attempt to throw an Additional Collector into a blazing jeep.
Six persons, including some policemen, were injured in the violence, official sources said, adding, police fired several rounds in the air as lathi charge and teargas failed to control the situation.

The rampaging students ransacked several examination centres and set six rooms of Nalanda College on fire, the sources said.

They were opposing strict measures taken by the district administration to prevent use of unfair means.

The examinees tried to throw Additional Collector Rishikesh Prasad Srivastava, deputed by the administration to maintain law and order at the examination centre, into his blazing jeep but police chased them away near Iqbal College in the town, the sources said.

Exams at various centres at the town were suspended following the incidents, they said. Police patrolling was intensified in the town after the incident.

Examination centres had on Saturday turned into battle fields in this Bihar town as the examinees fought with policemen, ransacked colleges and damaged vehicles to protest against the strict measures.

The intermediate exams had begun

Tragedy of Bihar

Hello every one,
This is the tragedy of Bihar. The worst is uet to come.
Read this news and feel as you wish.

Three cheers for Rajesh and his Pal,

Bihar crime forces flight of capital
Arun Kumar
Patna, February 9

The Governor knows it. The Patna High Court has said it many times. The people witness it every day. The Bihar government cannot be unaware of it either, though it prefers to look the other way.

It is one of the state's worst-kept secrets that the deteriorating law and order situation has forced a large number of traders to shift their operations out of Bihar over the past few years.

For example, the once-bustling premises of the Mithila Motors are today empty. In view of the deteriorating law and order situation, the proprietor thought it wise to down the shutters.

The latest case is that of Hotel Republic, which changed hands recently in an operation no one got wind of. Other hotels in Patna have reportedly gone the same way.

The Poddars, the proprietors of Ashirwad Polytubes, have shifted their family and business to Bangalore. The place that once housed Usha Polytubes now has some construction work going on. Once known as the ‘industry king,’ Harish Modi of Modi Steel fame also left the state capital.

There is hardly a segment unaffected by the 'eviction drive'.

The proprietors of Nirankari Motors, dealing in spare motor parts, have settled in Ludhiana. They are reportedly in the process of winding up their business here as is the case with some big names in the medicine trade.

The number of business establishments closing down without a protest is endless. And this is not confined to Patna alone.

Shankar Vastralaya of Gaya, Devi Prasad Sultania of Araria and the Singhanias of Jamalpur have migrated to other states when they found it impossible to run their enterprises in Bihar.

Remarkably, nobody in the business community is willing to speak on the issue. Needless to say, it is the fear factor that has silenced them. "I have to frequently visit Delhi, Mumbai and Gujarat, as most of my clients have shifted to those places," said a taxation lawyer. "I could give you a long list of traders fleeing the state, but I won't as my clients do not want further trouble."

Forum etiquette

I think we should be grateful that this forum is unrestricted and uncensored. The cost is some indecent and abusing language that we see but it is definitely not at alarming level that we should be worried.

To All

Mr Mustaque Alam, has given a better idea, I think we the PEOPLES of Bihar discussed a lot and now Mr. Editor of Bihar times should write his comment and disable this link. Also I would like to say that we should not give attention to the texts posted by the person like Verma in this forum. I don’t know what he want to show by writing such a language, but he has proven that he is the biggest Bastard of Bihar. Mr. Verma, better you go and find your own caste first.
And also respect to Dr. Manish Kumar for his great statement. Even I am not a Bhumiar from caste- I have many friends belonging to that caste from my child hood only, but I didn’t notice any thing extraordinary in any of them. I didn’t see that they are more worried for Bihar than me. But if we accept the new definition of Bhumiar given by Dr. Manish and if we do not take the literal mining of Bhumiar as “Bhumiar Caste”, then yes every person should become a Bhumiar, who can think, plan for the development of Bihar. Bihar is waiting for that era only.

We the people of Bihar.....

Hi Gentlemen,
Seeing these discussions on Bihar Times tell the mindset of Biharee. We do not have any more important issue that ‘Cast’ to discuss. We people eat, drink and sleep cast. It is running in our blood. We do not have any stronger bond that our cast system. One can not find a single Biharee in Bihar, we are either Yadav, Bania, Bhumihar, Kurmi.. These discussions show the hollowness of Biharee society.
In the twenty first century of freedom and democracy, participants are taking pride in pre- historic and Vedic cast systems. It is more ridiculous that participants are ‘educated persons’ of our society, the illiterate gawar.
Moreover, the discussion the reached it nadir point. Participants are freely using abusive word against each other. I will request Bihar Times to publish the edited version of posting as it is degrading Biharee community. Rather I will request to remove the link as it is not a healthy discussion and leading nowhere. In my earlier posting, I requested for a healthy discussion so that we can make ‘some good’ to Biharee society but there is not taker.
Thanks
Mustaque

To all Biharis

Every one can see the situation of Mr. Verma today. He even can not type words correctly. Sorry Mr. Verma if I used any bad words for you, but it was intensional to bring you at this situation. People who still keep the 50yrs. old mentality suffers same condition today. Today where eachs individual effort matters significantly, just boasting for being a forward caste and spitting in the name of backward caste just means someone is atleast 50yrs backward. People who are realy forward, they generated love for each human being in the mind of there next generation and thier next generation is leading the world. If I am not true then it would not be condition that a traditional forward caste guy is working in a field for survival and other side is operating a computer. Who ever is trying to ignore this situation is actually trying to ignore the truth of this world. So its my suggestion to each and every one that please don't spread hatered. Its going to hamper you only.
